We know what it takes to be a best workplace.
Our in-depth knowledge of what it takes to earn a coveted spot on the Fortune Best Companies list is based on a strong relationship with the Great Place to Work Institute, detailed understanding of its nomination process and 23 years of experience leading and creating successful nominations. Among our many successes:
- Texas Health Resources entered the 100 Best Companies list at #69 in 2015 and steadily rose over the next four years to claim #15 in 2018, #9 in 2019, #7 in 2021, and remained as one of only three healthcare companies on the 2023 list, ranking #66—jumping back to #29 in 2024!
- PulteGroup entered the 100 Best Companies list at #75 in 2021 and has steadily rose every year, ranking #36 in 2023, #43 in 2024.
- Sheetz entered the 100 Best Companies list at #97 in 2016 and steadily rose to claim #33 in 2022.
- ARI entered the list at #70 in 2013 and claimed spots for five consecutive years, including a high ranking of #24
- Cheesecake Factory zoomed up the list from #98 in 2016 to #48 in 2017 and #27 in 2018
- We guided Granite Properties onto the Fortune Top 50 Small/Medium Workplaces list in 2012 and helped the company steadily improve its ranking to ultimately achieve #1 in 2014
Tamara cares deeply about what she’s doing
and
who she’s doing it with, and she enlists a talented group of partners to work
with her. Another plus about working with Tamara and Recognition3 is that we
benefited from her relationships, built over years, with other exemplary
companies and their leaders. She helped us maximize our opportunities and
collaborate within our industry.
Melissa Labor, former Director of Human Resources and Culture, Granite Properties
Tamara took us to another level
with
our Great Place to Work nomination. Because she raised the bar, our
nominations and subsequent awards touched more than HR. Qualcomm's many
departments gained momentum and recognition spread throughout the world.
Jane Mack-Baker, Vice President, Employee Relations, Qualcomm Inc.
Recognition3 brings incredible value.
They
share best practices from working with other organizations that you can take
back to your CEO, so you can improve your own culture and take it to the next
level. They drive
the process while never letting product quality fall by the wayside. They
rally groups and keep teams moving. Recognition3 developed an admiration
and passion for our culture that went beyond the norm. I wouldn't just
recommend Recognition3 -- I'd like to force other companies to hire them!
